The name of this cache is based off a funny little story from the CO's childhood. When the CO's brother was really young, he used to call a certain object you can find in this area a 'Bumpy Teddy'. Find this object, and you will find the cache. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Also, it may already be obvious, but the cache is not on the bridge, it is down below. Good luck!
