WPA 1940 Traditional Cache

WPA = Work Projects Administration. This program put many to work when work was not easy to come by.  Many of the area dams that created lakes and recreation areas were built by this administration.  Along with large projects like the Hoover Dam and the TVA dam systems.  Roads and bridges were also a big part of this administration. If you loook around you will see the name sake for this cache.
