This cache is in a beautiful area on the loop trail, overlooking the river and East Wenatchee. This area has recently gone under construction and there is now a nice pathway leading to the view. I’ve seen people engaged in “polar plunge” (jumping in the cold water) in February, some engage in baptisms, and others just swimming and enjoying the beach in this area. At other times, no one is present.
Make sure to bring a writing instrument.
