Fika on ruotsalainen kahvitauon perinne, jossa tärkeintä ei ole kiire, vaan rento yhdessäolo ja hyvät jutut. Kyseessä ei ole kilpailu, vaan voit tulla ja viipyä omien aikataulujesi mukaisesti. Joku saattaa silti löytää paikalle ensimmäisenä.
