A small pull-off parking area is located just south of the Hannacroix Creek bridge and has room for 2 cars. A kiosk displays information about the Hannacroix Creek, Wetlands, Estuaries, Archeology, New Baltimore Conservancy, and the nearby Coeymans-Bronk Stone House
The Hannacroix Creek is 21 miles long and flows from the Southern Helderbergs to the Hudson River. The creek flows into and out of the Alcove Reservoir, Albanys water supply. The mouth of the Hannacroix Creek is a tidal estuary. The original bridge was built in 1931 and was replaced with a modern steel and concrete structure in 2024.
