Quite a bit separated from the rest of the Power ^Up series caches. This is just a stand alone but like the spot adjacent. Like all of these, placed here a power related item, in this case the substation. The mini-substation is needed because of the immense amount of power the adjacent stadium uses. I do a ton of gigs here when there is concerts and more (why I don't mind placing cause I can check on it).
The geocache is simple pill bottle but slightly camo-flauged to match it's placement spot. The top is completely visible, just color matched. I've done these before with quite a bit of success but never THIS active an area. Shall see how it goes.
Parking is terrible. Please note the EXTENSIVE amount of "No Parking" signs. I did not specify a Parking Waypoint cause it changes all the time where you can and cannot park. Just be mindful.
