You'll find this cache near a small wooden area near one of the lower parking lots for Highland Park.
I won this outer container at a Yankee Swap in December with the intention of using it for the Block Party. Please replace the outer counter where found so it at least vaguely looks like it blends in with the obvious side facing up. The inner container was hand-painted with care, so please be careful with it. The outer container is a borderline small/regular size, but the inner container is a typical micro container hidden in an unconventional way.
