Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park incorporates Botany Cemetery, Eastern Suburbs Crematorium and Pioneer Park.
Pioneer Park is where headstones from early Sydney burial grounds have been relocated.
The cemetery was created as Bunnerong Cemetery in 1888, in order to accommodate unclaimed remains from the Devonshire Street Cemetery. It was merged with the Botany Cemetery which opened in 1893 in 1972.
