He is one of those Muggles who believe they can control public land through harassment. You are NOT Trespassing~ you are on a Burlington Northern owned Rails to Trails Project that converted an old railway into a public walking trail. The only activity that is restricted on this public land is the use of motorized vehicles. Geocaching is allowed. If he approaches any geocachers using this Trail, kindly inform him of this information and stay on the Trail ~ he has no control over the land that he does not own. He doesn't like people being there at night, so although being on this Trail at night is not restricted, problems may be avoided if you choose to find this cache during the day. **
This just a small power trail on a litte known public hiking trail. This cache is re-publishing the cache that was here - it was archived last time it went MIA. Oh well - that just gives the locals another smiliey face! 😊
