The posted coordinates are located at a coffee shop, but that's not where the cache is located. You need to complete the Cafés and Coffee in Claremont on Route 66 Adventure Lab
Once you've completed the Adventure, you'll have key words in each journal entry. Take the two words that appear first and last alphabetically and put them into Certitude to get the final coordinates.
