I was in contact with the owner of the previous cache here, and after letting him know that his cache was missing, he offered to let me place a cache here. So I assessed the parking, there is plenty. I made sure that previous finders were ok with the location, they were.
This cache is a step up in difficulty, it may certainly take you some time. It is NOT magnetic nor on concrete, it is close to the middle.
Please be careful and do yourself a favor and park up top.
