About the Cache
Finding the cache is the easy part, getting to the log book may prove a little more difficult. When using the mechanism please don't use excessive force. Opening just needs a little percervierance. When closing please put back to how you found it.

About the Location
Close to this location is the Gladesville Drill Hall site (now houses) which is adjacent to Monash Park. In the late 19th century it was used for civil militia purposes. In the 1870s to 1890s the site was under tentage, with a parade ground and a small bore miniature rifle range.
Now Monash Park is a popular neighbourhood park, with a picket-fenced sportsfield, grandstand, public toilets, small garden with memorial and historic headstone.
