Another bell cache Traditional Cache

I really enjoy bell caches, both finding and hiding them. I've had my eye on this bell for over a year.  When a close family friend bought the house across the street I took it as a sign that it was time to hide a cache here. This cache maybe tricky for shorter catchers.  BYOP and your tweezers
