This reverse cache location is where a cache existed for a very long time. Sadly, it was archived because another cacher indicated the owner did not know that it was here. I updated my logs, indicating that I had permission for it to be there, but it was archived anyway. It's back in place, and I have a picture with the owner right after we replaced the old container.
