Welcome to the Otago Business School (Well, at least next to it...)
Nearby to this cache is the towering home of the Otago Business School at the University of Otago. It's here that many students learn the witchcraft and magic that is management, commerce, and finance for the modern era, giving them the tools to seek out various career paths worldwide. Opened in 1993, it originally featured an open atrium that was extremely dangerous when wet, seeing many students and staff slip over the years. However, the building would be redeveloped in the 2010's transforming into its current form in 2018. While the building is open to the public, I wouldn't recommend trying to sneak in on any classes less you want a quick meeting with campus watch!
Opposite the cache the former flats have since been knocked down and a new green space has been built, so as you go around grabbing caches you can enjoy this new space to relax.
Extreme stealth will be needed when retrieving this one during the day and night. The higher difficulty is due to its location in a high muggle flow area, as Union Street East is a main route for students from their flats to the university and town. Timing here will be key. (Alternatively, just wait for the students to disappear at the end of the year!)
The cache you are after is a small black magnetic key holder containing a log in a plastic bag. Please try and place the cache back in the same spot to keep it hidden from prying eyes. There isn't enough space for a pen, unfortunately, so please bring your own.
