Charlie is my grandparents' dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (what a mouthful :p), and this is another one of his favourite areas to go for a walk. We did the walking together, but he stayed at the base while I did the climbing :)
You can park <100m away at 2 points- which I've listed, I recommend the one in the industrial area to limit neighbour suspicion.
I free-climbed all the way to the cache, using the fence to start the climb, but some may want a ladder to start. There is one sketchy section right near the base which is easy to bypass with a ladder if you please, then the rest is smooth sailing.
The name on the log is slightly different to the title, as I ran into a character limit, but this is actually Charlies Cache II
But that's the cache, now for the challenge!
