This is a Letterbox Hybrid cache. THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES - see more below.

This cache brings you to a modest bust of a famous ex-local who was born, in Busby, on 25 January 1863 and later gained the name of being 'The Father of Brazilian Football'.

Thomas Donohoe was born, in Busby, on 25 January 1863. In his adult life he was a dyeworks foreman at the Busby Printworks. He emigrated to Brazil sometime around 1894. He proceeded to set up a football club (for his factory) and the rest is history!
There is apparently a much grander statue of him in Brazil as pictured below:

Letterboxing:
In the cache box you will find a Rubber Stamp - this is the signature for this cache. Please take an imprint of the stamp for yourself if you wish to collect them in your own personal notebook. Then leave an imprint of your own personal stamp in the cache log book (if you have one), or simply sign as a traditional log book. Stamp and ink remain part of the cache (please do not remove) but it might be an idea to carry your own ink Pad in case the one provided should dry up. Many letterbox caches are at the posted coords but a letterbox cache can act like other cache types e.g. an unknown cache or multi. This one follows an other model where you have to find the cache based on a described route. The route for this one is very short....just long enough to avoid a proximity issue
.
This letterbox cache:
Stand right next to Thomas Donohoe, the father of Brazilian football.
Look around and head to the stairway to heaven, eight steps it should be.
Then head over and stand beneath the 'Sky'
Look for the large woody thing and the cache should be within 3 metres.
