Die historische Mühle – Teilrenoviert, mit zugehörigen Gebäuden zu verkaufen!
Ich habe diese Mühle bei eBay entdeckt und sofort zugeschlagen! Heute bin ich angereist, um mir das Prachtstück anzusehen. Schon von Weitem macht das Mühlgebäude einen beeindruckenden Eindruck – ein paar Scheiben sind kaputt und der Anbau muss noch verputzt werden. Ein paar kleine Reparaturen am Dach, aber das ist mein erster Eindruck!

Der Maschinenraum, in dem ein mächtiger Diesel- oder Elektromotor stehen sollte, ist noch vorhanden. Das Fundament und die Halterung dafür sind ebenfalls noch da. Ein lederner Keilriemen führt in den Keller zu einer mächtigen Antriebswelle, über die die Kraft auf die Mahl- und Rüttelmaschinen im Erdgeschoss verteilt wird. Aber was ist das? Es sind nur noch die Lager da, alle anderen beweglichen Teile fehlen! Wie soll ich hier den Mühlenbetrieb wieder aufnehmen?

Völlig verzweifelt stehe ich dann auf der Straße vor dem Gebäude, als ein älterer Herr an mir vorbeikommt und mir die Geschichte vom geizigen Müller erzählt, der niemals sein Geld auf die Bank getragen hat. Man sagt, er hätte alles in Gold vergraben und an einer bestimmten Stelle in der Mühle versteckt. Der alte Mann meinte, es gäbe sogar ein geheimes Zeichen, das man nur mit einem Zauberlicht sehen kann!

Nun, das könnte vielleicht mein Fehlkauf entschädigen! Ich gehe also noch mal zurück und versuche mein Glück!

 Partially Renovated Mill, with Associated Buildings for Sale!
I found this mill on eBay and immediately made the purchase! Today, I arrived to see this beautiful building for myself. From a distance, the mill building looks impressive, although a few windows are broken, and the extension still needs plastering. A few minor repairs to the roof are needed, but that's my first impression!

The machine room, where a powerful diesel or electric motor should be, is still present. The foundation and mounting for it are still there. A leather belt leads into the basement to a mighty drive shaft, which distributes the power to the grinding and shaking machines on the ground floor. But what's this? Only the bearings remain, all the other moving parts are missing! How can I get the mill up and running again?

Completely frustrated, I'm standing in front of the building on the street when an older man passes by and tells me the story of the miserly miller who never took his money to the bank. It’s said that he hid all his gold at a specific spot in the mill. The old man even mentioned a secret sign that can only be seen with a magical light!

Well, maybe that can make up for my bad purchase! I’m going back to try my luck again!

A történelmi malom - részben felújítva, a hozzá tartozó épületekkel együtt eladó!
Ezt a malmot az eBay-en fedeztem fel, és azonnal megvettem! Ma ide utaztam, hogy megnézzem ezt a gyöngyszemet. A malom épülete már messziről is lenyűgöző benyomást kelt - néhány ablak betört, és a bővítményt még be kell vakolni. Néhány apró javítás a tetőn, de ez az első benyomásom!
A gépház, amelyben egy erős dízel- vagy villanymotornak kellene helyet kapnia, még mindig megvan. Az alapozás és a tartószerkezet is megvan még. A pincébe egy bőrből készült ékszíj vezet egy erős hajtótengelyhez, amely az áramot a földszinten lévő csiszoló- és vibrálógépekhez juttatja el. De mi is ez? Csak a csapágyak maradtak meg, az összes többi mozgó alkatrész hiányzik! Hogyan fogom itt újraindítani a malmot?
Az épület előtti utcán állok, teljesen kétségbeesve, amikor egy idős úr elhalad mellettem, és elmeséli a fösvény molnár történetét, aki soha nem tette be a pénzét a bankba. Állítólag az egészet aranyba temette, és a malom egy bizonyos helyére rejtette el. Az öreg szerint még egy titkos jel is volt, amit csak varázsfénnyel lehetett látni!
Hát, ez talán kárpótol a rossz vásárlásomért! Úgyhogy visszamegyek, és újra szerencsét próbálok!
