Come and join your geo-friends at our May 2025 event at Sweetwater Creek State Park. We'll gather from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at Picnic Shelter #2. This is an outside covered pavillion, so please dress accordingly. Sweetwater State Park offers a ton of hiking trails and is home to the "Mill Ruins" - also known as The New Manchester Manufacturing Company, which is a textile mill burned during the Civil War. There are a large number of caches available on the trails of the park. So come early, or stay late, bring those hiking shoes and find some caches!
We will have our new pathtag trading board (introduced at our March event), so bring any of those pathtags along that you would like to trade.
