You're on the grid at one of the best pit lane-style pull-ins in Taupō. For two years running, this has been our trackside seat to the roaring excitement of the Supercars Street Parade after travelling up from the capital to let out our inner bogans! The engines, the atmosphere, the chrome and the drams —pure Supercar magic. To celebrate the second year of Supercars in Taupō, we’ve hidden a little tribute right here, right where the rubber meets the road.
This cache is roadside, but don’t worry—you won’t need to race into traffic to get it. There’s a pull-in bay for safe pit stops and it's at the end of parallel parka. It's sitting at eye height, so no need to go crawling under the chassis. You might need a log-extraction tool (think tweezers or a handy pit crew tool) to retrieve the winner’s slip.
