Geocache Description:

Thanks go to JerseyJerry71 for inspiration of this cache. From the cache page GCA7153 comes the following information about this location.

This area in particular is part of the Black History of Winchester. Ruth's Tea Room (formerly located at the corner of E. Cecil and S. Kent Streets) was named for the original owner, Ruth E.P. Jackson. It opened in 1925 and was managed by Ruth until her death in 1953.

Don't add SWAG to this cache as it may add too much weight to hold in into place. Bring your own pen/pencil. Please return it in the exact location you found it.  Thank you.  Happy Hunting.
