I originally wanted this cache to be at the "Perfect" tree near Dickenson Pool. Hence the title. It turns out that that location is 485 ft (as a bird flies) from a cache that is on Guilford rd. This isn't the minimum distance allowed. Drats!
So, I searched high and low for another tree with the unique feature needed for this hide. The title still works in a way, so I kept it. Less chance for a muggle to encounter too, since it's behind a Columbia business park.
