Geocache Description:

This cache is a traditional sized lock-n-lock container hidden at the top of the Honey Hill trail.

Follow the blue blazes to the top of Honey Hill. The view at the top is well worth the climb.

There are plenty of little goodies within the cache, but the logbook is the real treasure. Take your time on this serene hilltop to view Mount Monadnock and spot wildlife if you're a quiet hiker.

This cache is named Scott's Climb after my father. We hid our first geocache when I was young and living in Ohio. When he visited me here, he was surprised there was no geocache here. It reminded him of where we hid our first cache-- which is now retired, just like my dad! He was a skilled diesel mechanic, and now he is a Harley mechanic (for himself and my mom).

Scottie taught me to always leave a cache in better condition than I found it in, to hike quietly and listen to what nature has to tell us, and to leave no trace (unless it's your name in our logbook).

Peace! Enjoy the cache and please share photos, the real challenge is the hike to the top and the coordinates should put you right on top of the cache. A Garmin eTrex was used to capture the coordinates, but accuracy can be affected by surroundings and signal strength. If your GPS provides a better set of coordinates, feel free to include them in your log to help improve the search for others.
