Bangor (Gwynedd) is the busiest railway station in North Wales yet has somehow avoided a SideTracked cache until now. In its heyday, Bangor was a junction station serving the North Wales Coast Line and numerous branch lines including Caernarfon (and on to Afon Wen), Bethesda, Amlwch and Benllech. It originally opened as an intermediate station on the North Wales Coast and has since resorted back to such with trains now only travelling to either Holyhead or through to England.
You'll find the cache a short walk from the station entrance. You'll almost certainly need tweezers to get the log out!
About SideTracked Caches
This cache belongs to the SideTracked series. It is not designed to take you to a magical place with a breath taking view. It's a distraction for the weary traveller, but anyone else can go and find it too. More Information can be found at the SideTracked Website
