Geocache Description:

The Enola Low Grade Trail is open DAWN to DUSK only.

As I was placing this container behind this large mossy rock, I thought of "Mossback George" Bailey of the movie "It's a Wonderful Life." He was a steady person with a clear head. Beware snakes here when it gets warm. This location could host a larger container, but right now it is a pill bottle.

This cache is fairly close to the Colemanville Church Road parking. The trail is stroller-friendly from there.

This portion of the Enola Low Grade Trail is less scenic than the parts along the Susquehanna River It follows an abandoned right of way of the Enola Low Grade Railroad, one of several branch lines of the Pennsylvania Railroad.

The first LOST on the ELGT geocaches along this trail were created in 2013 by members of L.O.S.T. (Lancaster Organization for Seeking Tupperware). The caches are distinct hides hidden with many maintained by individuals. They are not interchangeable hides and containers. You can find more information about our group and events on our Facebook page (L.O.S.T Geocachers in South Central PA) or our geocaching profile L.O.S.T. This one is owned by L.O.S.T. It replaces part of the LOST C&D Rails to Trails series placed in 2011 along this section of trail. See GC30N4T for example.
