Geocache Description:

During some roadworks we were diverted around one of the backroads and in doing so found this rather neat little rail bridge that was worthy of a cache.

According to the attached plaque it is owned by VicTrack.

VicTrack owns Victoria’s rail land, buildings and infrastructure. They protect and enhance the value of these assets.

The bridge itself has abutments that are faced with rusticated masonry with drafted edges, feature parapets and engaged pilasters to either side of the opening and was built around the same time as the bridge 2.7 km down the tracks, over the Kilmore Road, where you will find our "Something old, Something New.." cache.

We are currently researching other bridges along the Bendigo line as future cache placements.
The next available VicTrack bridge is out near Malmsbury and has the cache Forrest Road Bridge - GCB00YN at it.
You are looking for a magnetic mint tin.

Enjoy
