As you hike along this 3/4 mile trail in Tugaloo State Park you will come across something quite unusual. At first glance you see something that is no longer living. Or is it? Find the cache and take a moment to study it's hiding spot. It won't be as obvious in the winter, but what appears to be dead is actually still quite alive! Just look up! After signing the log, please recover container so it is not left out in the open.
Please respect our parks and stay on the trail until you are almost at the cache. There is no need to go off the trail if your gps shows 100 ft or more to the cache. In the case of this cache it is no more than 30-40 ft from the trail. An entrance fee is required for this park unless you have an annual pass. The cache has been placed with permission from the park manager.
