This cache is not at the posted coordinates.
No matter how you say it (where-e-go or where-i-go), this cache type is always annoying for many cachers. This type requires a wherigo compatable device or specific apps on your phone. I have an android and I use Geooh Go. This cache is a sub-type of wherigo called a reverse wherigo.
What's the difference between a reverse wherigo and a regular one?
The main difference between regular Wherigo caches and reverse Wherigo caches lies in how the final geocache location is determined. Regular Wherigo caches require you to download and play a cartridge (a file) on a supported device, and the cartridge's game will lead you to the final coordinates. Reverse Wherigos, on the other hand, provide the distance to the cache, but not the direction or bearing, making you search for the cache location.
