The cache is not at the listed coordinates. To get the coordinates where the cache is you will need to complete Notts Ad Labcache #250. Use the bonus letters in the completion / reward messages to spell out a word. Enter that word into certitude linked in this listing to get the coordinates.
The cache is a gadget cache which you will have to open and sign the log book. It can be opened by inserting a bank card. Preferably one for Coutts, but any will do. In fact if you are worried that the cache will skim your card then use a library membership card. Then the worst that could happen is you will be charged for unreturned books that I take out with the cloned library card. Seriously though the cache is perfectly safe and will not harm your wealth.
