Geocache Description:

This cache takes you through my favorite trail in the Enchanted Forest Sanctuary.

I'm very fortunate to work in a forest, an enchanted one no less. This sanctuary really is a wonderful place and prime example what's being acomplished by the Brevard Environmentally Endangered Lands (EEL) Program. To know more about the Sanctuary and EEL, including a trail map and other recreation areas, check the website (visit link) .

Give yourself enough time to enjoy the forest. The hike to the cache and back, including Bidiversity Loop cache, is roughly 2.5 miles. Take time to stop, be quiet and look up, especially on the Magnolia Loop. The education center has great interactive exhibits and there is a picnic area for lunch. When you sign the guest book, mention that you're geocaching or even say hello. There are no fees. Sorry, no pets. For questions, call (321) 264-5185.

The cache is in an ammo can not far from the main trail, in a common cache hiding spot. You do not need to bushwack to find it. Original contents included a variety of items with an environmental theme. Reception can be poor due to the tree canopy, so I got the best coordinates I could. The hint will help if your GPS goes wiggy.
