Z okazji 20 lat zabawy w geocaching postanowiłem ukryć pierwszą moją tradycyjną skrytkę w Krakowie i to w samym centrum obok Wawelu.
Katedra na Wawelu posiada trzy wieże, na których powieszono 9 dzwonów.
1. Wieża Zygmuntowska (pierwsza z lewej)
Wewnątrz wieży znajduje się samonośna, nie stykająca się z murami, dębowa konstrukcja wsporcza, na której zamontowane jest pięć największych dzwonów wawelskich:
- Dzwon Zygmunt
- Dzwon Wacław
- Dzwon Kardynał
- Dzwon Urban
- Dzwon Stanisław
2. Wieża Zegarowa (najwyższa)
Znajduje się na nim zegar, którego jeden gong rozbrzmiewa co kwadrans, a na drugim wybijane są pełne godziny.
3. Wieża Srebrnych dzwonów (z miejsca ukrycia skrytki wystaje tylko jej czubek znad dachu na prawo od Wieży Zegarowej)
To najstarsza zachowana dzwonnica Katedry Wawelskiej. Dolna, kamienna część wieży (do wysokości 12 m) pochodzi z pierwszej połowy XII w., a ceglana, czworoboczna część wieży z miejscem na dzwony została dobudowana w XIV w. Są tam:
- Dzwon Zbyszko
- Dzwon Hermana
- Dzwon Maciek
- Dzwon Jan Paweł II

To celebrate 20 years of playing geocaching, I decided to hide my first traditional cache in Krakow, right in the city center, next to Wawel Castle.
Wawel Cathedral has three towers with nine bells hanging from them.
1. Sigismund Tower (first on the left)
Inside the tower is a self-supporting oak support structure that doesn't touch the walls, supporting the five largest Wawel bells:
- The Sigismund Bell
- The Wacław Bell
- The Cardinal Bell
- The Urban Bell
- The Stanisław Bell
2. Clock Tower (the tallest)
It houses a clock, one gong chiming every quarter hour, while the other chimes the hours.
3. Silver Bell Tower (from the hiding place you can see only the top of the bell tower above the roof to the right of the Clock Tower)
This is the oldest surviving bell tower of Wawel Cathedral. The lower, stone part of the tower (up to 12 meters high) dates back to the first half of the 12th century, while the brick, quadrangular part of the tower with the bell tower was added in the 14th century. It contains:
- The Zbyszko Bell
- The Herman Bell
- The Maciek Bell
- The John Paul II Bell
