Welcome to Burbank's Hood Park
This event is set to happen Tuesday June 3rd 4pm-5pm. This park sits along the Snake river and columbia river where Lake Wallula is formed by the downriver dam. This park has a little bit of everything including a nature trail, some ponds, restrooms, a boat launch for Lake Wallula, and even a campsite. The parking and park area we are going to are publicly available year round.
As always, light snacks, water, trash bags, and gloves are provided, but you are wecome to bring your own. Trash will be collected and placed in the park's garbage. The campground is notorious for spiders, be forewarned. Bug spray is your friend. There are places we can pick trash that are not under the tree canopy so if that remote chance of a spider encounter scares you off, we still have a place in this event for you.
