COINED IN CHAOS: an Autobiography by our famous Pirate Captain Haxton. Never released to the public as he was still in the middle of writing it. Once thought to be lost to the ages, it was believed that it held the secret to many of his hidden treasures. Archeologists from all over the world have been searching for this book in hopes of gaining fame.
We now have a lead. Some of his other papers refered to his favorite pub (The Shattered Compass). We paid them a visit and one of the workers recalled Haxton had forgotten a book behind long ago and they never saw him again to return it. It had sat in their lost and found for years until the pub closed and the book ended up being donated to a library. What we need you to do is make your way into the library and see if you can hunt down his autobiography. Hopefully there's valuable information inside. Or maybe just another one of his tricks...rumor has it he also kept a magic lock on his book to prevent peeping eyes from accessing his information... The lock is said to change its code based on its locations...something to keep prying eyes out while letting the Captain learn about places he travels. Given it's now in the library we can only guess what the code has changed to.
To figure out the code to open the book, you'll have to find a number that relates to the location. Start at the given coordinates outside the building. You should be able to find information about the building we were not able to get by satellite image. If the number is longer than 3 digits, use the first 3 as the code, that's the common trend we found from other codes in his journal.
With that code in hand, head inside. Almost straight ahead from the entry you will find where the book should be placed: The Autobiography section. Search for the H section for the autobiography written by Haxton. Book will show "B Haxton" on the spine. (Be sure to replace it in the same spot)
