No idea who Ben Malterre was, or why he was here, but here at the pier was he. This is the first hide on the new LITTLE SQUALICUM PIER!!! When I first moved here I was hopeful they'd eventually open it to the public but the locals assured me I hoped in vain since it had been a project "in the works" for years, but here we are! Am amazing new vantage to view the city and bay. Enjoy the walk and the view.
