下北沢は小田急と東急のハブとして、再開発が著しい街です。特に2019年の小田急の世田谷代田駅から東北沢駅までの地下化により出来た全長約1.7kmの線路跡地において、「下北線路街」再開発が行われ新しいまちづくりが行われています。

下北沢駅東口を出ると旧小田急線路跡を利用した洒落た遊歩道が東北沢駅まで続いています。
折角なのでこの遊歩道のバーチャル散歩を楽しみましょう。
