Wisborough Green Village Sign

Wisborough Green dates back to the Saxon times where it is mentioned in the Domesday book. The 12th Century St. Peter's Church stands as a focal point for local history. The nearby Wey and Arun Canal once played a role in trade and transport when it was built in 1816 to trainsport goods in the French war.
