Travelling down to the Sunshine Coast Beach Party from Mackay.
Seeing there were no physical caches and only one event held previously, I thought I would host an event on my way through.
I have tried to contact the Shire Council but have had no response.
The event will be at Bert Button Lookout.
The event will go for 1hr to allow people the chance to attend at their leisure.
The finish time at 2pm will allow attendees the chance to drive the 2hrs back to Dicky Beach for the first of the Sunshine Coast Beach Bash.
I am aware that this event may gain lots of interest and therefore ask for all attendees to follow some simple requests.
1. You will be driving through the town so please be respectful of the community and their privacy.
2. If possible, please carpool.
3. Whilst there is no requirement to sign a logbook at events, I will be taking
caching names down to ensure only those who attend can log their attendance on the official GC site.
