This is a great place to enjoy the river views, especially when the Coasties are doing maneuvers. Have a seat on the bench and relax. If you're wiley enough, no one will realize what you're doing, even the eyes in the coaches up behind you. Happy Hunting and remember to be stealthy while you place the hide back where it belongs.
