Welcome to the third stop on The Micro Mile — a series of small-but-sneaky hides designed to keep your eyes sharp and your patience tested.
Each cache in this series may be tiny in size, but they’re big on trickery. Expect clever camouflage, misleading surroundings, and just enough frustration to keep things interesting.
📍 This trail winds its way through Poole’s Old Town and historic Quay, with stops hidden in stone, shrub, and shadow. One such hide lies where cars circle and petals fall — tucked among greenery that’s not quite what it seems.
Like much of Old Town, Lagland Street nearby was once linked to smuggling in the 18th and 19th centuries. With its twisting lanes and proximity to the quay, it offered the perfect cover for quiet deals and quick getaways.
✏️ Bring your own pen.
🗝 Tweezers and stealth may be required.
The Micro Mile is a work in progress, with more hides being added soon. It’s part puzzle, part adventure, and a quiet nod to Poole’s rich past.
📌 All caches placed with kind permission from BCP Council.
🔁 Please return each container exactly as found.
