The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates! However, this is where an entrance to the roughly 1/3 mile walking path around this peaceful pond begins. To find this cache, you will need to go to the posted coordinates and follow some simple instructions to locate it. All you need to do is:
1. Arrive at the posted coordinates.
2. Proceed clockwise along the paved walking path.
3. As soon as you start walking, begin counting the number of benches located directly along the pathway.
4. When you arrive at the third bench, sit and take in the view across the pond and then begin searching for the cache.
5. Sign the log and return everything as found.
D/T takes into consideration both following the directions and the hide itself. The cache is along a paved path, and should be accessible to all geocachers. It is suggested only searching for this cache during daylight hours. Stealth may be needed during weekday lunchtime hours. There are lots of parking options around; however, please see parking coordinates to identify where free roadside parking can be found. There is nothing more than a log in the cache, so make sure you bring a pen or pencil. An unactivated FTF micro coin was left with the cache for the FTF.
