Was ist nachhaltiger Konsum?
Nachhaltiger Konsum basiert auf mehreren grundlegenden Prinzipien, die darauf abzielen, die Umwelt zu schützen, Verschwendung und Überproduktion zu vermeiden und Ressourcen zu schonen. Indem wir unser Konsum- und Kaufverhalten im Alltag ändern, können wir einen positiven Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigeren Zukunft leisten.🛍

Was kannst du tun? Hier ist eine kleine Auswahl an täglichen und kleinen Beiträgen des nachhaltigen Konsums:

  1. Ressourcenschonung: Der bewusste Umgang mit natürlichen Ressourcen, um deren Erschöpfung zu vermeiden. Dazu gehört die private Reduzierung des Verbrauchs von Wasser und Energie wie Strom und Heizstoffen. ⚡🔌
  2. Bewusste Produktwahl: Die Wahl von Produkten, die umweltfreundlich hergestellt werden, keine Einwegartikel sind, von FairTrade-Unternehmen kommen oder regional und saisonal hergestellt bzw. angebaut werden.
  3. Bewusster Konsum: Eine kritische Reflexion der eigenen Konsumgewohnheiten und die Entscheidung, nur das zu kaufen, was man wirklich braucht. 💭

Station 4: Sustainable consumption 🌱🛒

What is sustainable consumption? Sustainable consumption is based on several fundamental principles that aim to protect the environment, avoid waste and overproduction, and conserve resources. By changing the way we consume and buy in everyday life, we can make a positive contribution to a more sustainable future. 🛍

What can you do? Here is a small selection of daily and small contributions of sustainable consumption:

  1. Resource conservation: The conscious use of natural resources in order to avoid their depletion. This includes the private reduction of the consumption of water and energy such as electricity and heating fuels. ⚡🔌
  2. Conscious product choice: The choice of products that are produced in an environmentally friendly way, are not disposable, come from FairTrade companies or are produced or grown regionally and seasonally.
  3. Conscious consumption: A critical reflection on one's own consumption habits and the decision to buy only what you really need. 💭
