This is the second cache I have placed in this park. I really enjoy this park as it has nice campgrounds, a lake, hiking trails, and is very peaceful. The cache is located about 50' off Hoot Owl Trail. The beginning of this trail is quite steep and is stepped with timbers to make it easier. At the top the trail is very level and an easy walk. The cache is a camoflage painted screw top plastic jar. It contains at least a golf ball, marbles, tooth paste, a tooth brush, key ring, $1 million, $1, an eyeglass strap, and a "take me to your leader" travel bug. The trail is very pleasant and is about 1.5 miles long.
***Placed with permission from the IDNR.
