Donovan Park, In Invercargill is an attractive area of rural parkland to the north of the city, linking Bainfield Road with McIvor Road via a winding park road, and also provides an alternative route to Anderson Park. The parks open grassland, ponds and attractive plantings have a backdrop of farmland.
And Ducks and Geese!!!
At the time of placement the Tui and the Piwakawaka were singing their songs, and the Ducks and Geese were motoring gently on the pond.
To get this cache, find the 'Old Mac', and I'd recommend to bring a taller person with you, or a step stool,as it may be just out of reach...especially if you are height challenged...
