Ok, so you may know that COD stands for CASH ON DELIVERY....this was a standard procedure in the past when items/merchandise from a distant location would be delivered to the purchaser.  I don't think it's quite as common these days with online shopping and the use of online banking and credit cards being so prevalent.

I digress. so that is Cash on Delivery.  This cache is NOT THAT.... Nope this is a ruder version of COD.....it's CASH ON DEMAND....as in 'GIVE ME YOUR MONEY RIGHT NOW!!!'.......so rude!
