Nov 8th,2025 - the cache was replaced & now is a micro. Same host but a smaller version with a bison tube attached.
Not the creepy-crawley ones, the driveable ones. My Volkswooden cache was muggled and in looking for a replacement I ended up with 5 containers & knew they had to be a series. I've owned 3 Bugs and had many adventures with them. Great little, dependable cars. Heating them was a challenge, especially once they started to age. It was usually too hot from the knees down and little other heat. I remember driving down from Hemlock Mountain and manually scraping the window, from the passenger side , so the driver could see. The Love Bug was also a pretty funny movie. PLEASE re-hide as found & carefully as they are quite colorfull.
Always nice to see a spot open up in the Tri-cities. Pretty sure there's a fairly new cache on the other side of the park.
Hint is only for if you get stuck & can't find it.
Bring a pen, watch for wildlife & be nice to the park.
