This is a multi-cache. You need to go to the first stage coordinates (above) to get information for the final stage coordinates. At the first stage coordinates, you will be looking for a post with five signs on it. Using the top sign (which has eleven lines with the first line vertical, and the second through eleventh lines horizontal, numbered from top to bottom, respectively), you can get the coordinates for the final stage:
