As you stroll around the Knavesmire, you will come to Knavesmire Wood. Home to foxes, owls, and some beautiful bluebells and wild garlic in the spring and early summer. A small stream runs along its edge in the winter that helps feed a (slightly muddy) pond fringed with iris and rushes.
This cache is at the edge of Knavesmire Wood, which can be explored freely (beware the BMXers!) and leads to a further walk to Selby, along a cycle route with plenty of caches!
