manicmechanic: With the alert status for having terrorist problems staying relativly high, I don't think it will be possible to keep a cache this close to the bridges. Sorry to see this one go, but it was fun while it lasted.

You can drive to within fifty feet of this cache, but it will be on dirt / gravel roads.
This cache is #3 of five Basketball card caches. Yes there are still two more to come. This is the biggest one of the five, you could start your collection with one of the bags of cards in this cache. The cache is really easy to find but I would not suggest doing this one at night. If there has been alot of rain I would be careful also, when Old Man River tops the banks on the Arkansas side this area will sometimes be under water.
Cache container is a large ammo box.

15 Bags of Basketball cards with approx. 50 cards per bag
5 bags of football cards with approx. 20 cards each
one bag of X-men cards with approx. 24 cards
one bag of Spawn Cards with approx. 24 cards
