Black & Blue Park & Grab Traditional Cache

I was going to hide this cache nearer my home, but the spot I had in mind turned out to have an abundance of Poison Ivy growning there, so I kept going and finally found a place where there is often lots of traffic, muggles by the dozen, and closed circuit TV surveillance.  Then it started to rain so I quickly hid the container and ran for cover.  This should be easy to find, however it may be more difficult for those who are shorter than 5ft.  Please replace it so it is not obvious to the passerby.  Congratulations to Pawpaw Texas, QuadWrays & Leprechaun49 for the FTF!
