Another one for the number seekers. Nothing too difficult. Near one of the few undeveloped spots in town. With the town growing so much, these little spots are becoming fewer and fewer. Many people don't think all this growth is a good thing, hence the permanent frown here. But if you find the cache, at least it will become a smiley on your map!
